Legal Age for Naval piercing in Evansville IN?

I am 17 and I want to get my Naval Pierced. I live in Chicago but Travel to Evansville IN every month. I was wondering what the legal age for belly button piercing is for Evansville or atleast IN. I am planning to do this without parental consent, but I also want a clean enviornment, so I’m not just going to go to anyone for this. If you have any info, please let me know :) Thank you!
