If smaller government means not having enough government workers to handle the caseload, don’t we need?

Now they are cutting 800 #s and we have to call Long Distance. And they are starting to block us from making e-mail contacts. How much of this is due to the Money Crunch from the War, and how much bullcrap?
There should be no poor and homeless in the wealthiest country on Earth! And I think
it’s largely the government workload being backed up, that is keeping our tax dollars from getting people out of those situations. Uncle Sam, give some people some jobs as operators and message handlers to start with.
