What do you think of Indiana?

I have mixed feelings about it. Yes, there are mean and nice people everywhere. Most of the people I’ve met from central and northern Indiana have been, well, vindictive; however, most of the people I’ve met from southern Indiana (namely Evansville, Corydon, and Madison) have been friendly.

It is a beautiful state in its own right, especially south of Indy. I always enjoy the drive from my home near Frankfort, KY to Evansville on I-64. But, away from Indy and Holiday World, I’m not sure what all there is to do in Indiana.

I’m not trying to paint Indiana in a negative light. In fact, it’s probably my favorite midwestern state. However, I’m not a huge fan of the midwest in general, so I’d never live there. (I’d rather be in the South or Texas.)

Anyway, what do you think of Indiana? Do you like it or not?
