My picks: Evansville, IN, Ohio, New Jersey, Maryland, California, Florida, and tops is…Kentucky (yes, it’s that awful, not “that friendly”, Louisville is worst, and the women have snotty attitudes.)

Texas and Alabama are the friendliest, in that order, just as a side note.
