Does anyone know the song Stevie Shoot A 3 Pointer song from 96STO radio in Evansville, IN in the 80’s?

Probably ‘87 or so 90WSTO in Evansville, IN(now Hot 96) used to play a song that was to the tune of The Boxtops The Letter expect instead of saying My baby just wrote me a letter… The words went Stevie shoot a 3 pointer… Of course it was in reference to Steve Alford who was IU’s golden boy at the time. Everything was all about Steve Alford. Heck, I had a Stevie Shoot A 3 Pointer T-shirt. Anyways, hubby thinks I’m nuts(he’s too young to remember anyways lol) but I know I remember this song and I was wondering if anyone else does too and if anyone knows where I can find this. Thanks!
