share partial guardian rights?

ok, so im 20yrs old and live in evansville IN, and my mom and brother live in st louis MO, my 16 yr old brother will be moving to evansville to stay with me for the rest of high school. my mom will still be very much involved and take care of his financials, etc…but incase of emergency, she wont be here as his legal gardian……if he goes to the hospital or needs to be enrolled in school, i need to have the authority to do so…..how do i go about obtaining it? and is it possible to just get partial guardian rights, cuz my mom is still his mom and guardian, i just want to be able to have say since she wont be here……any help wuld be awsome….

ok, well how do i go about obtaining joint guardianship?
or full guardianship with power of attorney?

Walgreens employee referral program?

I was referred to Walgreens 3 months ago…and the girl that referred me said that she will be getting about $250 now sonce its been 3 months…and I should get some $$ also. But I was reading on Store.net that because we are in Evansville, IN the amount given will be doubled.

Who do I talk to about this…my pharmacy manager isn’t 100% sure how this works.

Also, she works at Walgreens a couple miles a way from the one I got hired on at. Does that make a difference?
No we both get $$…we know that for sure…we just aren’t sure what to expect because we live in a “shorted” market and rewards are doubled.

Sheena called and told them he was stalking her when he should have been at work… The authorities did nothing and now 8 children are left without parents…

what are the working restrictions for 16 and 17 year olds in evansville, indiana?

im currently working fast food in evansville… im 16 years old. as a 15 y/o, i had to take a 30 minutes break every 6 hours shift… im just wondering, since im 16 now, what would the restriction be? b/c i don’t think the 30 minutes break is manditory anymore…. maybe a break is, but if it is, it shouldn’t be 30. also, one of the supervisors was making a 17 year old take a 30 minute break too… now, if 16 y/o have to take one, i don’t think you’d still have to at 18… just lemme know, and give me some websites that back your answer please.
