-South Carolina
-Evansville, IN

Worst - great looks, bad personalities overall:
-California cities (San Diego, LA, SanFran/Bay Area)
-Seattle
-Chicago
-Detroit
-Ohio
-Florida (From Gainesville on south)
-Kentucky (especially Louisville)
